How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-built equipment, such as power racks and specialized benches, may have a lead time of 4-8 weeks depending on the production schedule.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For large freight items like racks and machines, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote to ensure the most accurate rates and delivery options.
What is your return policy on apparel and accessories?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that custom equipment orders are final sale.
How do I track my freight delivery?
Once your equipment leaves our warehouse via freight carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the carrier's contact information. The carrier will typically call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Are your powerlifting belts covered by a warranty?
Yes, our high-quality leather powerlifting belts come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage from regular use.
